Elijah Hotel

An impressive budget option, with clean, comfortable, freshly-renovated rooms. Located at the foot of a mountain with little-known hiking trails and less than 10 minutes walking to a secret so big that I only discovered it accidentally several weeks after I checked in: the numerous unspoiled, often unoccupied beaches south of town. The center and marina are also within short walking distance. Attentive and kind staff. Tasty and healthy breakfast buffet (only open from 8-10 am). Loud music in the evening from a nearby hotel.

Elijah Hotel is a very nice small hotel in the outskirts of Kemer. After being kept awake (I go to bed early) because of the loud music coming from a Russian hotel down the street I requested a room which was not as exposed to the music. I got a room on the 4th floor. The balcony offered a wonderful view over the pool, the green surroundings and part of the beautiful mountains. This room also had a safety box, which the first room unfortunately didn't have. The hotel are quite newly renovated, but the most popular rooms are becoming a bit worn down already, unfortunately. I guess this also is a result of them being poorly cleaned. This is a shame as otherwise the rooms have very nice minimalistic interior and are very airy. They all have nice balconies also. The breakfast starts at 08:00 which is a bit late if you are a morning person as myself. The quality of the turkish food being served are excellent though. Very fresh and tasty indeed. The cook knows her business. A big Thank You to her! The pool area and the wonderful pool is being kept very clean and fresh. So are the dining room, both inside and outside by the pool. The hotel owners care for three or four cats. It's hard to know as there are several street cats coming and going. The cats are very cute and lovable. As a visitor in the area of the city I found myself very affected by other street cats though. Some not getting enough food, some being sick and some very scared of people. It was heartbreaking seeing animals treated like this. I found myself feeding the cats ever day either with food from my meals, or with cat food I got from the store. Apart from the music from the hotel down the street Elijah Hotel is placed in a very quiet area. There is also only 10 minutes to walk to the "free" beach. Which unfortunately is full of garbage as a lot of beaches in the Mediterranean sea are. Despite this, the water is amazingly clear and clean!

I loved my stay here. The hotel is very cozy, run by two families, so the breakfast which is cooked by Esme everyday is very delicious and homely. It's not a 5-star all inclusive buffet,but something changes every day, so you always have many yummy things to try. It's very clean, the room is great,mine had a balcony and the garden view. The shower was very pleasant,with superhot water 24/7 which is essential for me. The location is extremely close to the hiking trails, not in the centre,but I chose it on purpose. To go to the beach you'll have to walk about 15mins, which is totally fine. Lots of friendly people and cats (and lovely Gözde dog,of course), thanks a lot!

We liked this place very much. The location is great, near the forest but also very close to a public beach (10-15 minutes walk) that is beautiful and also very close to the old town (about 10-15 minutes by foot). The hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. The staff is great and very welcoming. Our room had also a balcony and a nice view to the pool. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely return here.
